National OpenNessEnce Day 11/4/2024

The Sixth OpenNessEnce Day will a national day for celebrating openness. It will be a day where everyone can/could celebrate the great value of openness for civics and consciousness. 100s (maybe 1000s) of celebratory items will be shared out across Indianapolis’ south side.
